Fruits of the Forest Smoothie

This is the very simple, yet amazing recipe of the nicest smoothie I have ever tasted. Here it comes!
* 2 handfulls of Fruits of the forest: a mixture of blackberry, red current, raspberry and blueberry
* 1dl ricemilk * 1 banana
* 4 tbsp vanilla yoghurt
Optional:
* 5gr collagen powder
* 1 scoop of protein powder * 2 ts chia seeds
The optional are for extra nutrition.
Mix everything in a smoothie blender, and add some ice cubes to keep it cold. Enjoy in hot summerdays :)
