This morning my team and myself head out to meet up at the North Campus for our very first ‘strategic meeting’. A strategic meeting is a tool used to discuss how our concept is going to work, schedule new activities for each member in the group, allocate our roles, analysing our skills, and building a concept.
We formed the meeting first of all by analysing our skills, experiences and interests. Each member in the group brought with them a CV to showcase ourselves, and mentioning where our strengths are in order to allocate each role to the person who can contribute best in their favourable role of the business. Even though each role is ideally allocated to each member, we are still a team and determined to work together and help each other to make a success.
We either succeed together or we fail together!
