As we are in the very beginning of our project, I thought it would be a good idea to make a shared folder on google drive, a part of a google account. Google drive is a platform where all the group members are able to upload and share documents among each other. Furthermore, it provides instant view of any changes made by an individual, without the need to save the work (bc it automatically does this itself). This approach is a much better way of exchanging our ideas across, as well as our knowledge. However, the communication in the group continued on our Facebook group-chat, because it’s a much quicker and easier tool to use.
Basically, this is what we did this Tuesday. And at the same time, I suggested to draw a plan of times when everyone is available, in order to make it easier for us to have weekly meetings, on a regular basis. Our schedules are different, because we all take different modules and have different commitments during our weeks. So, every single one of us made a weekly schedule and filled our different commitments, leaving the empty areas to show our availability. This is what we did to figure out what time and which dates everyone is available at the same time.
