During the next week, the team and I will be thinking about how to plan and accomplish our surveys and focus group for our market research in order to find out if our idea of product is actually going to be saleable for the target market we are aiming for.
Our concept is to produce tote handle bags with sustainable and environmentally friendly qualities, as well as making it fashionable for our target market. What we need to think about is what is going to be special about our bags, how will they differentiate from the already existing tote bags, and how are we going to attract customers.
We would have to carry a research on the type of material we will use, the print figures, and different features that we will want to add to our product. All this information will be gathered from focus group that we will carry on, as well as the questionnaire that follows after. This will guide us to the right direction and help us in the decision-making process.
