Today, we had an effective group meeting where our Commercial Director, Leslie, talked through the sourcing plan. We discussed which products were most popular from our market research, and we discussed how many products we were going to source, from which supplier, and what delivery type we wanted to use.
After a briefly discussion between us, we decided to source two different styles of chain purses, and two different styles of coin purses. In our first sourcing round we would like to see which styles of products are most likely to sell by comparing two different designs.
The first chain purse is shaped like a milk carton, and we will provide our customers to choose between pink and yellow colour. Our second style is shaped like an icecream, and is as much as cute as the other one. It is difficult to anticipate which style will sell better than the other.

The first coin purse is shaped like a fortune cookie package. Imagine seeing a small package with a picture of a cookie on the outside, and then you open it, you can actually use for putting coins inside. The picture is shown on the left side. This style has 8 different designs. The second coin purse is shaped like snacks and cakes. We will provide our customers to choose between 7 different designs. The picture is shown on the right side.
